Orange County
Home loans in Orlando.
Downtown condos, College Park bungalows and the Milk District, all financed from my office on Orange Ave.

Financing in Orlando, what to know.
Orlando is home base. My office sits above Orange Avenue, a short walk from Lake Eola, and most of my clients live within twenty minutes of it. The city mixes older brick bungalows in College Park and Delaney Park with new condo towers downtown and fast-growing townhome communities toward the airport.
Condo financing here takes extra care, because many downtown buildings have investor-heavy owner mixes that limit conventional options. I check project approval before you write an offer, so you know whether conventional, FHA or a non-warrantable condo loan is the right fit.

Only if the building is FHA approved, which fewer projects are. A single-unit approval is sometimes possible, and conventional or portfolio loans are good alternatives.
Orange County millage is moderate for Florida. The bigger swing is losing the previous owner's homestead cap, so always budget taxes on the new purchase price.
